Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the proposed Resolution endorsing a Term Sheet for revisions to a proposed development agreement with California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) for CPMC’s Long Range Development Plan, including new hospitals at the Cathedral Hill and St. Luke’s Campuses, with any final development agreement subject to the approval of the Planning Commission, the Municipal Transportation Agency and the Board of Supervisors.
