Title: Resolution retroactively approving the Agreement between the San Francisco Unified School District (District) and the City and County of San Francisco for Superintendent Services for a term of October 22, 2024, through June 30, 2027, with one two-year option to extend; the District to reimburse the City $385,000 per year for services; and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, to enter into any amendments, modifications, or extensions to the Agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities, or materially decrease the benefits to the City and are necessary or advisable to effectuate the purposes of the Agreement or this Resolution.
