Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Commission by its Motion 17865, adopted April 16, 2009, affirming the decision of the Planning Department to issue a Mitigated Negative Declaration (Planning Case No. 2006.1431E) for the proposed development at 1960-1998 Market Street. The proposed project would demolish a service station and develop a mixed use building with up to 115 residential units over ground-floor commercial space and a partially subterranean garage with 69 parking spaces, located in the Market & Octavia Plan area, Assessors Block 0872, Lots 005-007.
