Title: Ordinance amending Sections 535 and 830 of the San Francisco Municipal Elections Code to (1) require that paid ballot arguments be submitted to the Department of Elections at least 74 days before an election, (2) require the submission of paid ballot arguments on forms prescribed by the Director of Elections and in electronic format, and (3) increase the fees for paid ballot arguments.
