Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated November 1, 2003 and amended February 5, 2004, Case No. 2002.0376E, approving a mitigated negative declaration for the proposed construction project located at 8 Washington Street (aka 370 Drumm Street), on Assessor’s Block 0201, Lot 012; Block 0171, Lot 069; and Block 0168, Lot 058;
and to the decision of the Planning Commission by its Motion No. 16725 dated February 5, 2004, approving Conditional Use Application No. 2002.0376C, subject to certain conditions, and Planned Unit Development authorizing the construction of an eight-story 84-foot high mixed-use building containing up to 120 dwelling units, a garage with up to 157 parking spaces and outdoor recreation facilities within an RC-4 (Residential-Commercial Combined, High Density) District and an 84-E Height and Bulk District, located at 8 Washington Street (aka 370 Drumm Street), northeast corner of Washington and Drumm Streets; Assessor’s Block 0201, Lot 012; Block 0171, Lot 069; and Block 0168, Lot 058.
