Hearing to determine the impact and viability of the temporary moratorium on extended hour premises permits (formerly cabaret permits) that currently exists in the area bounded by Bush Street to the north, O'Farrell Street to the south, Taylor Street to the east and Van Ness Avenue to the west and the advisability of continuing the moratorium or introducing another related policy before the moratorium expires in February, 2000.
