Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Health, Community Substance Abuse Services to enter into a Combined Negotiated Net Amount and Drug Medi-Cal Agreement for the term July 1, 1998, retroactively through June 30, 2001 with the State of California, Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs in the 1999-2000 amount of $18,228,544 as a condition of receiving State funds for substance abuse treatment; holding the State Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs harmless from any and all claims resulting from the agreement; authorizing and designating the Director of Community Substance Abuse Services to sign said agreement and to approve contract amendments for less than ten percent (10%) of the contracted amount, rescinding Resolution No. 601-98.
