These various sources and uses are herein appropriated for various San Francisco International Airport (SFIA) capital projects as detailed below to reflect the updated San Francisco International Airport Five-Year Capital Plan, Fiscal Year 2004-05 through Fiscal Year 2008-09. Of the $243,723,524 appropriated, $24,970,000 for the Westfield Cargo Redevelopment project is herein placed on reserve.
