Resolution approving a Grant Agreement between the City, acting by and through the Department of Disability and Aging Services, and Self-Help for the Elderly for the provision of Congregate Nutrition Services for Older Adults Program, for a term of four years from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029, and for a total not to exceed amount of $11,125,299; and to authorize the Executive Director of the Department of Disability and Aging Services to enter into amendments or modifications to the Grant Agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Grant Agreement or this Resolution.
