Hearing on the current economic conditions of the City, including but not limited to the current unemployment rate, number of job loss from 2020 through 2021, the number of businesses that have left or closed in San Francisco, the current status of housing and commercial real estate market, and the current economic forecast for the upcoming year of 2021; and requesting the Controller’s Office, City’s Economist, and Office of Economic and Workforce Development to report.
