Ordinance amending the San Francisco Business and Tax Regulations Code by amending Section 8 to require the Board of Appeals to hear an appeal of a code enforcement action no later than 45 days after the filing of the appeal and to prohibit continuances beyond the 45th day unless the conduct challenged is discontinued pending final action by the Board.
