Resolution amending all prior Public Assistance, Hazard Mitigation, or Pre-Disaster Mitigation resolutions or any previous legislation pertaining to Public Law 93-288 as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988 and/or the California Disaster Assistance Act to reflect the department’s name change to the Department of Emergency Management and authorizing designated City and County officials to execute and file on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, any applications necessary for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance.
