Charter Amendment (Second Draft) to amend the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco by adding Section 16.126 to make it unlawful for any uniformed member of the Fire Department to consume or be under the influence of alcoholic while on duty, except for uniformed members assigned to the Division of Fire Prevention and Investigation, and to make violation of the Section grounds for dismissal and a misdemeanor.
