Resolution authorizing the Office of Contract Administration to enter into four Technology Marketplace Tier 1B contracts between the City and County of San Francisco and Cornerstone Technology Partners II JV, Softnet Solutions, United Layer, and Learn IT!, with initial amounts not to exceed $12,000,000 each for a total amount of $48,000,000 for the terms to commence following Board approval through March 15, 2019, with two options to extend the contracts for up to one year each at the sole and absolute discretion of the City.
