• Title: Hearing to consider the recently completed biennial review of the MTA's progress towards its adopted goals, objectives, and performance standards as required under Charter Section 8A.103. Last October, the MTA Board approved a contract entered into between the MTA and Nelson/Nygaard Consulting to perform this "Municipal Transportation Quality Review." The review has been completed and a final report has been presented to the MTA Board. This is the first Municipal Transportation Quality Review conducted since Proposition E was enacted and covers FY2001 and FY2002.
