Resolution authorizing the Office of the District Attorney to accept and expend a grant with the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services for an estimated annual amount of $213,336 for an estimated total amount of $640,008 dependent on approval of the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services funding for recurring grants that support the Elder Abuse Program for the three-year grant term of January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, should the parties agree to an amendment as allowed under the provisions of the grant agreement.
