Resolution urging the Department of Public Works acting in consultation with the Recreation and Park Department to identify and contract with a project point person who will be principally responsible for execution of various Marina Yacht Harbor projects; urging the Recreation and Park Department to defray the cost of this undertaking with monies from the Marina Yacht Harbor Fund; urging the Recreation and Park Commission to approve this plan; and further urging the Recreation and Park Department to appoint a Harbor Master with all due haste.
