Motion requesting the Office of the Legislative Analyst to prepare an analysis of community policing practiced in cities of comparable size to San Francisco, nationally and internationally, to include factors of a standardized operating procedure and/or formalized factors. Please inform the requester if and how community policing practices may be legislated by the Board in the City and County of San Francisco.
