Resolution authorizing the Director of the Mayor's Criminal Justice Council to lease a Chevrolet Astro passenger van, V.I.N. 1GNDM19W4XB129948, to the Delancey Street Foundation, for a period of seven years (renewable thereafter at the discretion of the Director, Mayor's Criminal Justice Council) for the hereafter mentioned purposes, for the amount of one dollar ($1.00) per annum, payable in full at lease inception, and requiring the Delancey Street Foundation to maintain insurance coverages, including the City and County as named insured, which shall be approved by the City and County's risk manager, and the maintenance of such insurance being an express condition of this lease.
