Resolution approving the 2001 Community Development Program. Authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to accept and expend the City's 2001 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and program income up to $38,663,433 which include indirect costs of $160,000; and approving expenditure schedules for recipient departments and agencies and for indirect costs; placing $309,626 on reserve.
