Resolution authorizing the Director of Administrative Services to accept and expend $1,986,000 from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District's Transportation fund for clean air for various projects including one to be developed by the San Francisco Municipal Railway, and authorizing the Directors of Administrative Services and San Francisco Municipal Railway to execute agreements with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, whereby, the City would indemnify the District from claims resulting from the City's performance of said agreements.
