Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated June 13, 2008, Case No. 2007.1350E, exempting from environmental review under Categorical Exemption, Class 3 [State CEQA Guidelines Section 15303(d)]. Under the project, AT&T proposes to install up to 850 metal telecommunications cabinets, each measuring approximately 48-inches high, 50-inches wide and 26-inches deep, in the public right-of-way. In addition, AT&T would enlarge some of its existing Serving Area Interface (SAI) cabinets that are now located in the public right-of-way throughout the City.
