Ordinance amending Part II, Chapter II of the San Francisco Municipal Code (Planning Code) by adding Section 230 to define the sale of tobacco products as a "Tobacco Retail Use," to prohibit tobacco retail use as a primary use in all City zoning districts, to allow tobacco retail use only as an accessory use subject to various operational restrictions and space limitations, to require existing tobacco retail uses to come into compliance with the new accessory uses standards within two years, to declare noncompliance with these standards to be a public nuisance, and to provide administrative and judicial remedies for such noncompliance; and by amending Sections 204.3, 213, 703.2, 790.12, 803.2, 803.3, 803.4, 890.12 and 903 to reflect and cross-reference the provisions of Section 230.
