Title: Resolution designating six temporary selling spaces on Union Street, north side, at Stockton Street; three temporary selling spaces on Stockton Street, east side, at Columbus Avenue; and six temporary selling spaces on Green Street, north side, at Columbus Avenue, for Street Artists certified by the Art Commission, City and County of San Francisco; designation commencing with displacement of twenty-one spaces on Hyde Street, east side, Beach to Jefferson Streets, due to renovation of Haslett Warehouse (Wharfside Building); exempting said six spaces on Union Street, north side, at Stockton Street, from the provisions of Police Code Section 2405(C)(1), requiring street artists to sell not more than four and one-half feet from the curbline of a sidewalk, and the provisions of Police Code Section 2405 (C)(8)(3), requiring street artists to sell not adjacent to a curb designated as a bus zone; exempting said three spaces on Stockton Street, east side, at Columbus Avenue, from the provisions of Police Code Section 2405(C)(11), requiring street artists to sell not within five feet of the display of another street artist; exempting one of said three spaces on Stockton Street, east side, at Columbus Avenue, and five of said six spaces on Green Street, north side, at Columbus Avenue, from the provisions of Police Code Section 2405(C)(6), requiring street artists to sell not within twelve feet of any building entrance; and terminating said six spaces on Union Street, north side, at Stockton Street; said three spaces on Stockton Street, east side, at Columbus Avenue; and said six spaces on Green Street, north side, at Columbus Avenue, upon completion of renovation of Haslett Warehouse and restoration of said twenty-one spaces on Hyde Street, east side, Beach to Jefferson Streets.
