Ordinance amending Traffic Code Section 806 to charge street fairs where alcoholic beverages are served the full cost of police services, rather than 40 percent of the cost, to eliminate the $2,500 cap on charges for police services for street fairs where alcoholic beverages are served, to eliminate ISCOTT's authority to waive payment of the cost of police services for street fairs where alcoholic beverages are served, and to provide for annual adjustment of these fees to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index.
