Resolution opposing layoffs at UCSF Stanford Health Care and urging the investigation of $10.7 million operating deficit and full disclosure of UCSF Stanford Health Care Board meeting minutes, and calling for a moratorium of further layoffs and the transfer of assets and services until completion of a full investigation and further urging the establishment of a task force consisting of labor, management and community to investigate alternatives to layoffs, staff cuts and the transfer of public assets to a private entity.
