Ordinance amending the San Francisco Planning Code by amending Sectional Map 6 of the Zoning Map of the City and County of San Francisco to change the use classification of the property located at 1327 – 7th Avenue, and identified as Assessor’s Block No. 1762, Lot No. 006, from a zoning designation of RH-2 (Residential House, Two Family) to NC-2, Inner Sunset Neighborhood Commercial District; and adopting General Plan, Planning Code Section 101.1(b), and environmental findings.
