Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH), Community Mental Health Services (CMHS), to accept retroactively and expend federal SAMHSA Mental Health Block Grant funds in the total amount of $3,198,952 from the State Department of Mental Health (SDMH) to improve the system of care for seriously emotionally disturbed children and severely mentally ill adults in San Francisco, including those with a diagnosis of a dual disorder of mental illness and substance abuse; for the period of July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002.
