Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Works to accept and expend up to $1,000,000 in grant funds from the Budget Act of 2025, administered by the California State Water Resources Control Board, to fund the Sunset Boulevard Recycled Water Irrigation Improvement Project (“Project”); waiving inclusion of indirect costs in the grant budget for the Project; authorizing the Department of Public Works to execute all required documents to accept and expend the funds for the Project; and affirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act.
