Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit entitled Estenoz v. First American Title Insurance Company, et al., filed on November 26, 2007 by Ernesto Estenoz, Administrator With Will Annexed of the Estate of Guillermo Crosbie-Grimaldo, aka G. Crosbie-Grimaldo, aka Guillermo Crosbie, deceased, against the City and County of San Francisco, in San Francisco Superior Court Case No.CGC 07-469460; settlement in exchange for plaintiff's waiver of the right to appeal the order granting summary judgment and judgment entered thereon, and on such further terms set forth in the Settlement Agreement dated as of January 31, 2009, contained in Board of Supervisors File No. 090261, or as shall be negotiated and approved by the City Attorney's Office.
