Hearing concerning the Redevelopment Agency's Tax Increment impacts to the General Fund as caused by the Agency's Survey/Project Areas in Mid-Market, Transbay, and Bay View; further requests as party to said hearing that the Office of the Controller provide an economic analysis that contrasts any relationship between cuts or benefits for critical services that are funded by the General Fund as compared to any General Fund diversions that support Redevelopment Agency projects.
