Resolution approving an Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco (the “City”), acting by and through the Recreation and Park Department (“RPD”), and Twin Peaks Boulevard, LLC, to accept a donation of certain unimproved real property located at 1230-1240 Twin Peaks Boulevard (Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 2821, Lot Nos. 025, 026, 027, and 028), totaling 0.24 acres and with an estimated value of $8,350,000, and a one-time grant of $50,000 for RPD to maintain and improve the property; authorizing RPD to accept and expend the $50,000 as provided in the Agreement; adopting findings that the conveyance is consistent with the General Plan, and eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1; and authorizing the Director of Property to execute documents, make certain modifications, and take certain actions in furtherance of the Agreement and this Resolution.
