Hearing to receive updates on the complaint filed by the City Attorney against Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), which alleges that PG&E has unreasonably denied services to the City, on negotiations between the City and PG&E regarding the expiration of the Interconnection Agreement in July 2015, and on what possible recourse the City has if PG&E fails to negotiate in good faith.
