Hearing to examine the impacts in San Francisco of the drug-resistant HIV strain found in New York, and to determine what steps the Board of Supervisors, the Department of Public Health, and local AIDS organizations can take to increase awareness of prevention efforts. This hearing will also focus on the link between crystal methamphetamine usage and HIv prevention efforts.
