Ordinance amending Administrative Code Section 86.2 to authorize the San Francisco Children and Families Commission to communicate its position on federal, state and local legislation affecting young children to the Mayor, the Board of Supervisors and State and Federal legislative bodies provided that the Commission's position does not conflict with any official position taken by the City and County.
