Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the certification of a Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposed Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Power Asset Acquisition project (Assessor’s Parcel Block No. Various, Lot No. Various), identified in Planning Case No. 2023-005370ENV, issued by the Planning Commission through Motion No. 21929, dated July 9, 2026, adopting the findings under California Environmental Quality Act related to the Certification of a Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposed PG&E Power Asset Acquisition project in San Francisco, City of Brisbane, City of Daly City, and San Mateo County; the project would be the City and County of San Francisco’s purchase of PG&E owned electrical transmission and distribution assets in San Francisco and San Mateo County that are needed to provide electricity service to the customers within San Francisco.
