Hearing to discuss the desires and concerns of the San Francisco Dog Owners Group in the interest of reaching a balanced approach to accommodating responsible off-leash dog recreation in San Francisco parks. The hearing will review the SF DOG's proposed policy in order for the Recreation and Park Department to create useful solutions to improving the quality of the park experience for park users, dogs, and their owners in a manner that takes into account the interests of all concerned parties.
