Joint hearing between a committee of the Board of Supervisors and the Children's Fund Citizens Advisory Committee regarding Prop D (Children's Fund) baseline funding for fiscal year 2002-03, including but not limited to: What are the FY 2000-01 actual expenditures of the Projected Children's Fund Baseline projections; (2) Given the projected General Fund deficits for FY 2002-03, what, if any, are the pending impacts to service delivery funded by the Department of Children, Youth and Their Families; (3) What are the actual expenditures of the $200,000 that were previously budgeted for FY 2000-01 for technical assistance; and, (4) What are the projected expenditures for technical assistance for FY 2002-03.
