Hearing to discuss recent allegations that the Police Department has allowed numerous complaints of police misconduct received from the Office of Citizen Complaints, as well as other types of complaints, to become misplaced and/or improperly forwarded for review and possible disciplinary action. Cases that are not forwarded within one year of receipt are subject to a statute of limitation, and are thus deemed "dead."
