Hearing on the status of citywide implementation of Administrative Code, Chapters 12H and 12I (the Sanctuary City and Due Process for All Ordinances) including a review of department-specific policies, procedures, trainings, challenges, complaints received, corrective actions taken following complaints, and outreach to the public; and requesting the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, the Department of Public Health, 311, Human Services Agency, Child Protective Services, Office of Citizen Complaints, the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement, Adult Probation, Juvenile Probation, City Administrator, San Francisco Unified School District, Airport, Department of Emergency Management, the Treasurer and Tax Collector, the Fire Department, District Attorney, Public Defender, the Office of Civic Engagement and Immigrant Affairs, and the Human Rights Commission to report.
