Resolution determining that the issuance of a Type 9 beer and wine importer license, a Type 17 beer and wine wholesaler license and a Type 20 off-sale beer and wine alcoholic beverage control license to Carl Jaeger, for The Scott Street Portfolio, Inc. located at 231 Scott Street, will serve the convenience of the people of the City and County of San Francisco in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Code; with a condition.
