Resolution approving Modification No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement for Airport Contract No. 12047.41, for Commissioning, Activation, and Simulation Support Services, between Faith Group PMCM2 JV, a joint venture between Faith Group LLC and PMCM2 LLC, and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Airport Commission, to increase the Contract amount by $9,500,000 for a new total not to exceed the amount of $17,000,000, with no change to the contract duration of five years from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2029, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118(b).
