Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Public Health to accept and expend grant funds from the National Institutes of Health through Heluna Health for participation in a program, entitled “PrEP Blueprint: Evaluating implementation of a PrEP Choice Blueprint on PrEP Uptake and Persistence” for a term of eight months from April 1, 2026, through November 30, 2026, and for a total not to exceed amount of $148,843.
