Ordinance amending Section 500 of the Elections Code to include disclaimer in Voter Information Pamphlet stating that the submission of a measure to the voters by the Board of Supervisors or by four or more members of the Board of Supervisors does not necessarily indicate that the Board of Supervisors or any member of the Board of Supervisors endorses the measure.
