Ordinance calling and providing for a special election to be held in the City and County of San Francisco on November 6, 2001, for the purpose of submitting to the voters the election of five directors to serve on the board of directors of the Power and Water Authority; consolidating the special election for all purposes with the general municipal election to be held in the City and County of San Francisco on November 6, 2001; and directing the Director of Elections to take all steps necessary to conduct the election for these positions.
