Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept retroactively and expend a grant in the amount of $50,548 from the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) through the California Department of Health Services (CDHS) to screen beach water quality and notify the public of potential health risks and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of November 1, 2002 to September 30, 2003.
