Resolution urging the Department of Parking and Traffic to expand its signal re-timing programs in the Geary Boulevard, Van Ness Avenue, 19th Avenue and North of Market area by implementing traffic signal timings using a pedestrian walking speed of 2.5 feet per second curb to curb on a citywide basis and requesting the Department of Parking and Traffic to submit a report to the Board of Supervisors on the status of this implementation every six months.
