Hearing on reducing the time commitment to operate a ramped taxi permit from five years to a thirty month period, as established in San Francisco Municipal Code, Part II, Chapter VIII, Article 16, Section 1148.1. Topics including but not limited to: (1) the level of wheelchair accessible service and how it may be affected by such a change; (2) the initial investment and financial demands upon a ramped taxi permit holder; 3) the legal feasibility of legislating such a change.
