Resolution authorizing the Department of Emergency Management, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, serving as the primary grantee for the Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPGP) Bay Area Site, and as fiscal agent for the Urban Areas Security Initiative Approval Authority, to retroactively accept and expend a FY2011 RCPGP grant in the amount of $1,281,976 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security through the California Emergency Management Agency to enhance emergency planning within the Bay Area region.
