• Title: Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by amending section 5.200 to: (1) provide that the Board of Supervisors appoints 15 members of the Child Care Planning and Advisory Council ("Council") and that the Board of Education, or County Superintendent of Schools, if the Board of Education delegates the appointment power to her or him, appoints 15 members of the Council and to; (2) amend compensation provisions for Council members to provide for compensation for all members who are not otherwise compensated for attending committee meetings; and amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by adding section 10.100-367 to establish the Child Care Planning and Advisory Council Fund.
